Brine is 3-5% salt in water. Hear water to 180 degrees. Once salt is resolved, add boiling water to jar of vegetables; peppers, fruits, greens…etc.

Fermentation should be complete in 2-5 weeks. The air lock will stop activity when the fermentation is complete.
